«Lisova kazka» is disposed in W. Kvass of Rahovsky neighbouring commune of the Zakarpatye region Rahovsky neighbouring commune the high mountain area of Carpathians. In its terrain there are the highest fastigiums of Carpathians (Goverla, Petros, Bliznica, mountain Chornaja, etc.). Zakarpatye - unique locale on the geographical location. It is unique on the resources and on the geoeconomic situation in the world. It has unique historical trajectory and the deep original crop allowing in flow of centuries not to submit, and to integrate round itself tens people and nationalities. Five nationalities and four confessions nonpredatory symbiose already one thousand years in multinational Zakarpatye.

Zakarpatye is one of the most beautiful corners of the Central Europe, located on southwest slopes and foothills of Carpathians. In area there is a geographical centre of Europe, the Yew river, the greatest inflow of Danube originates. In area unique large forests glades are concentrated. Beechen glades are recognised by the standard of the future of the Ukrainian Carpathians. Trees grow on abrupt slopes within 400-1280 metres above sea level, reach age of 320 years. All it cause interest not only tourists, but also professionals, scientific of the different countries of the world, including Europe. On high mountains tourist tracks and lines are laid: foot, horse, automobile (extreme). In the summer an abundance of mushrooms, berries, herbs. Mountain skiing in the winter is widely developed. Through area there passes the railway to Romania and Lvov.
